If you have a change of mind and wish to amend or cancel your order after payment but before the sign goes into production, we will happily offer a partial or full refund. Once a custom sign order is approved and has gone into production, we regret that we are no longer able to offer a refund.

The Custom Neon™ image generator creates amazingly realistic mockups of a neon light for names, words, and quotes. You can choose a background to display it on, your color and font style, and even save and send it to a friend for them to edit.

For logos, artwork, monograms, UV print, animated, or other unusual signage requirements, our in-house designers use your specifications to create a mockup that provides sizing, backboard shape, additional features, and any other details or relevant diagrams.

If you require a mockup of a logo light, artwork, signature font style, custom shape, UV print, animation, or any other effect, please use the form above. Our experienced LED neon designers will present you with a neon light or logo mockup, usually within 24 hours.

Customers who want to create their own neon light can use our generator to mockup neon text, name and quote signs in real-time. You can then buy it now or request a quote or assistance.

Your Custom Neon designer will email the design proof to you with a quote for one or more styles, your chosen font, colors, text, UV print background (if requested), and any other presentation details you requested.
