In addition to great prices, our experienced team offers unparalleled customer support, from the design stage to delivery and after-sales support. We don't charge extra for multiple colors or UV Printed backboards, standard shipping is free, and all signs come with a 2 year warranty.

Why are Custom Neon® signs cheaper than many of our competitors?

How much does the Custom Neon® design service cost?
We are happy to offer a free design service to our customers, providing one or more designs for your approval at no extra charge.
If you have a change of mind and wish to amend or cancel your order after payment but before the sign goes into production, we will happily offer a partial or full refund. Once a custom sign order is approved and has gone into production, we regret that we are no longer able to offer a refund.
What are the shipping costs for Custom Neon® signs?
We are pleased to offer free standard shipping for every order. If you need your sign delivered in a hurry, we offer a Rush Order option. Rush Order costs are based on the delivery address and will be calculated by your designer and included in your quote if requested.
