Located in the historic Holmes Hardware Building Fuel & Iron is a modern housing complex / casual community gathering space/food hall serving Pueblo-inspired food and drink. A collection of five Custom Neon neon signs is nestled amongst the delicious cocktails and scrumptious sliders. Displayed throughout the venue, the signs include “The Pepper is Mightier than the Sword,” featuring our stunning Bayview font and orange neon flex, as well as illuminated renderings of their F&I badge logo and Fuel & Iron logo in both white and orange neon flex. The heart of Denver is home to Black Shirt Brewery, where friends and family come together for a beer and give back to their community. The Foam to Farm-oriented venue is fitted with a custom LED neon sign reading “Wish you were beer” in our mesmerizing Neontrace font. Mounted on a dark wall in the brewery's main dining area, the warm white neon sign makes an excellent backdrop for Black Shirt’s social feed and customer content! Jaguar Room is the go-to nightclub in Downtown Denver. With a range of events regularly held at the venue, the Jaguar Room invites its guests to party Wednesday through Saturday from 9 pm to 2 am. Adorning the front entrance of the esteemed Jaguar Room is its logo lit up in deep blue neon flex. The LED neon light we created for Full Afterburner Calzones looks like it was pulled straight from a vintage action movie poster! Our dramatic red shade looks outstanding, lighting up the colorful UV-printed background, which harmonizes to bring this business's logo to life. It's totally on-brand for them. When you walk inside their pizza restaurant, you see wildly painted walls that feature several aircraft dotted around the venue. Along with vintage artwork and collectables, they aim to create the ideal atmosphere any jet-fighter fan will enjoy!

Remingo is a real estate brokerage located in the heart of Denver, Colorado. We created professional designs for two custom real estate signs, which have been installed in their Colorado Boulevard office, turning it into a vibrant, motivating workspace!

The first is an illuminated tagline sign that says 'We Exist for the Broker' in gorgeous red LED neon flex. The second sign we made for them is an LED neon sign of their logo and business name in our red and white shades.

Willow Industries is a regular attendee at national tradeshows, where they showcase their award-winning technology and aesthetic booth, featuring a Custom Neon sign that reads “The grass is cleaner on the Willowside,” in a custom font and our tropical blue neon flex. They also commissioned an LED neon replica of their logo for their office.

Factory Fashion is helping you create your own style. The inclusive, artistic community hub offers you the opportunity to unlock your skills through its sewing and design school, led by skilled artisans.
