The Second City opened its doors on a snowy Chicago night in December 1959, and the comedy institution has been a fixture of Old Town ever since. When they wanted a sign to welcome guests at their theatre's entrance, they came to us. We made them a red LED neon sign reading "The Second City" in a flowing script font, mounted beneath the arch of the building's facade.

The Museum of Broadcast Communications in Chicago has been collecting, preserving, and presenting the history of radio and television since 1987. When they needed signage to anchor two of their exhibits, we created a large white LED neon "The Tonight Show" sign spanning the length of the Late Night Television display wall, and a warm yellow "Radio Hall of Fame" sign that greets visitors at the exhibit entrance. Known for its museum-like showroom of vintage and new guitars, the Chicago Music Exchange has been a major destination for musicians since 1990. Illuminating their studio space is a recreation of their iconic logo. The sign hangs above the studio floor where musicians come to play through rare vintage gear and lose track of time.

Chicago-based footwear store Mythical Kicks specializes in buying, selling, and trading the most unique sneakers in the area. This low-key boutique sneaker store is worth dropping by for any shoe lover (you may even spot a sports star or footwear-loving celebrity).

The team at D. DSequila Co. used their colorful LED neon sign to brighten up their DJ stage.

This Tex-Mex restaurant and bar comes to life at night, with rowdy late-night parties every weekend. On Wednesdays, customers come together to enjoy a night of Boozy Bingo, which inspired their neon light sign. The words 'D. S. Tequila Co. Bingo!' is lit in various shades of LED neon and custom font types to suit their brand. Rebel Kitchen + Bar is the hottest place in Lombard, the kind of neighborhood place to grab dinner with friends or drop in for a drink and some nibbles at the bar. Lighting up their restaurant is a bright red neon 'Rebel' sign, made using a customized font to replicate their logo. It sits on a lush greenery wall, making a statement in their space. Celebrity Chef Art Smith brought his famous fried chicken and Southern hospitality to Navy Pier Chicago with the opening of Reunion. Working with designer Brian Chojnowski, the space was brought to life with a multicolored logo sign lighting up the brick wall, and a warm white "Moon Shine" sign glowing behind the bar. Together, they give Reunion the kind of atmosphere that keeps people staying for one more round.

The Green Lady is a Lakeview craft beer bar on Lincoln Avenue, known for its extensive selection of local and Belgian beers. We lit up their logo in green and blue neon, and it now hangs in the dining room, casting its glow over the space and giving guests something worth looking up at between pints.

Chick-fil-A needs no introduction, and their Wrigleyville location made sure its entrance matched the brand's reputation. For their grand opening, we made a bold red neon sign reading "Chick-fil-A Wrigleyville" and mounted it on a lush green grass wall that greets every guest the moment they walk in. Bad Coffee is a Ravenswood cafe that's anything but ordinary, with murals covering the walls, live events, and its own hidden performance stage. Bangin Brows is a concierge-style brow and skin boutique in Chicago's Lincoln Park, dedicated to transforming clients' brows to complement their natural beauty and confidence. The business ordered a neon sign with warm-white lettering on a bold pink arched backing, mounted behind the front desk to greet every client who walks through the door.

Portage Gentlemen Shop is a family-owned barbershop in Chicago's Portage Park neighborhood. Established in 2016, Portage is known for precise haircuts, old-fashioned hot lather shaves, and an impressive neon sign. Installed behind the shop's main service area, the sign is an amazing addition to the space and a great way to brand their social content.

Cymbal Communications is a woman- and minority owned tech company that provides the best communications equipment to the good people of Illinois and beyond. The business decided to revamp their office with an eye-catching LED neon sign that appears in many of their social media posts.

Representing tens of thousands of real estate professionals across the Chicago area, Chicago Realtors is one of the largest realtor associations in the country. Their downtown office is home to a bright blue freestanding "Chicago REALTORS" neon sign, casting a blue glow across the room.

MACLYN is a full-service marketing and creative partner just outside of Chicago, in the Western suburb of Naperville. Their large industrial-style office space is lit up with a glorious blue LED neon word sign of their company mantra, "Where Creativity Has A Compass", in our Waikiki font. The bright neon light sign illuminates their offices, motivating their employees every time they glance up at it. Against a plain background, the striking blue neon bounces off the roof and around the room, lending the space a calming vibe.

Dimension Craft is a Chicago-based exhibition specialists who design and build tradeshow displays for some of the country's biggest brands. For the National Dairy Council's booth at the 2025 School Nutrition Association Annual National Conference, we created multiple custom logo signs that lit up the display across one of the largest K-12 foodservice exhibit floors in the country.

PeptPure is on a mission to change the way people think about collagen supplementation. When they exhibited at Natural Products Expo West, their booth needed to reflect that mission. The PeptPure logo in white and blue neon, and a bright green "ORGANIC COLLAGEN" sign below it illuminate the booth, both mounted on a grass wall that set the scene for every conversation at the show. The Chopping Block has been getting Chicagoans cooking since 1997, starting as a small cookware shop and cooking school in Lincoln Park before growing into the city's go-to recreational cooking school in Lincoln Square. Illuminating their workshop is the "#GetCooking" in blue script above "The Chopping Block" in white, and it has become a natural backdrop for the chefs and students who pass through every week.

WIIT 88.9FM is a student-run, noncommercial radio station broadcasting from the Illinois Institute of Technology campus to the greater Chicagoland area. They commissioned a custom RGB color-changing neon sign of their logo for their breakout space, and the result speaks for itself. Installed on a white wall, the sign fills the room with color and makes the station's lounge an unforgettable scene.

The Revere is JCC Chicago's dedicated space for teens, a free and welcoming hangout designed to build connections, support individuals and families within the Jewish community. We made them a deep-pink neon sign in a bold retro script, hung high above the arcade floor, giving the room personality and energy.

Brave Space Alliance is a Black- and trans-led LGBTQ+ center on Chicago's South Side that provides affirming resources, housing, food, health support, and community programs for queer and trans people of color. The organization commissioned a large bold red neon sign reading "BRAVE SPACE ALLIANCE" in block capitals, mounted on a greenery wall with sunflowers at their center.
